RIBA Chartered Practice, PTP have built up an impressive portfolio of completed high quality residential projects for both private individuals and developers in central London and further afield. Early pioneers of the double basement, PTP can utilise their long experience and expertise to maximise the design and development potential of super and ultra prime properties, both as an investment and a beautiful home.

We also provide Interior Design services, with an experienced team of skilled designers in house, or alternatively we can draw on a pool of talented interior specialists, along with other trusted members of the design team to deliver every aspect of a project from inception to completion.

Many of our projects are situated in listed buildings in conservation areas. At home in both contemporary or traditional practices, PTP have a long and successful track record of working with conservation officers and heritage bodies to secure planning or listed building consent for projects. We are familiar with and able to resolve the conflicts between practical upgrading to suit contemporary lifestyles and sensitive and sympathetic handling of historic fabric. Having experienced, qualified and accredited conservation specialists within our team and also long standing and proven relationships with specialist consultants, we are able to negotiate positively with local authorities with confident expertise.
Away from the city, we enjoy working with larger estates and the manifold aspects of the extension, alteration and refurbishment of large rural properties, support buildings and agricultural infrastructure.

Alongside individual residential projects, PTP have also worked with developers and organisations on larger scale commercial projects including our offices at Walmer Courtyard, multiple unit residential blocks, schools, community centres, nursing homes, and retail projects. We provide the full RIBA range of services from initial feasibility studies to contract administration to completion on site.
